We need a back up solution - Domi can provide a temp solution, but the expense on his behalf cuts PirateTimes' independence (unless it gets a budget on hosting) and its freedom of publication would be limited as the webservers are in Germany. The current servers suffer of q&d configuration in the event of high traffic. We may need a hosting alternative but we have no budget. Josef says we have a small budget. Domi - there is a potential problem of independence. Cloudflare can deliver a copy of the site to the audience but on down time it would copy the downtime to the cloud as well. It can take over the problem of heavy traffic only.)
