* Gregory Engels: PPEU Election was given. Dissappiointing results. PPDE lost its seat, PPCZ lost 2 seats

* Keith Goldstein: I am following on the pad, but not on audio. I put up a few more blog posts and have another one based on a short report from Carlos who attended the UN Metaverse Day. I attended the Pride I hope that we can discuss today sending PPI delegates to the upcoming PPEU meeting, because it sounds like there will be a lot of soul searching and PPI should express a voice about the future of PPEU. I know many of our members represent PPEU countries, but we should send representatives who will speak on behalf of PPI. I nominate myself to attend, but I probably cannot be present the whole time, so we should have more than one person. I also would like to get access to our Twitter. We had discussions before about creating a proper backup admin based on a sim, which is important. However, I do not have access to share our social media.

* Bailey Lamon: Apologies for not being present at the last 2 meetings. As you know we had a few social media meetings and I drafted up a set of social media guidelines that we can use as guidance for new page admins, etc. I attended a couple of online Pirate gatherings including the Pride one this past weekend which was organized by USPP. I also finally got into our PostFinance account so after today's meeting I'll hang around after with Gregory and Bastian to do all the things I need on my end to give Bastian full access. I *might* be able to attend the PPEU meeting or parts of it, depending on when it is. Btw for a while there I wasn't receiving any emails, pretty sure it was an issue with Thunderbird but it seems to be working now (I have no idea what changed). I also couldn't get onto the wiki or any PPI site during that time, but now it's fine. Weird.

: I have asked to see the data processing contract several times (data processing by a processor Art. 28.3 GDPR) regarding our Discourse hosted by Stefan Thöni that we use. When will this happen?

: I no longer have access to our bank, this has now been blocked as the release has been missing here for weeks :-(

: there was no meeting since the last one. Bailey added "social media giodelines" suggestion to continious minutes.
: Bastian: it is a problem that we are already loosing our credentials. We tried to get access to FB and so on. We have to sort it out.
: Bastian: we have "social media credencials" storage, but not all medias are present there
: Keith: FB is not an issue, we have access and list of admins, Twitter is an issue.
: Gregory: Bailey had this, i may have it. I have admin access for Telegram channel, i have admin rights to Instagram. If something is missing, let's go find it. We are working on modifying page ownership to FB page, to link it to Instagram, i will make an update later
: Bastian: we need possibility to have a recovery process for credencials. We may need to have Pro account in Twitter. We need to secure all other "professional accounts".
: Gregory: Ok, I'm in Twitter, have found the password and remembered the registered phone number that is attached to the account.

Bastian: We have a PPI mobile number now (SIM card) to be used for the registration of accounts, and that can stay with the board.
