Idea from Gefion to be added to every party's press lists - suggested a list of direct contacts as we are internal PP organ 

Members with contacts to certian countries could take responsibility for them e.g. Josef Sweden, Mexico - Andrew New Zealand, Australia 10) Naming policy on wordpress for authors. Suggestion is full names because more professional. No objections - the policy will be changed to full names

announcement: Anouk has tried facebook and says no, sorry guys I have to withdraw my 'activity' in this field for PPI news. Daniel: I would like to move the proofreading to the wordpress and do it there with internal categories like proofreading one and picture. This way the author would have more control over the article (placing of links and images) and I would have less work. We can discuss this further in the style guide meeting. Who is responsible for publishing once the proof reading is over. At the moment author posts to WP and Daniel pushes it live. We need a written protocol.
