- Keith Goldstein: I am arranging meetings at UNHQ on Sept. 25 and UNOV on Sept. 30.

- Not much to report on the International level. Followed and commented local and global IT-related freedom news, helped campain of local libertarians in the local elections - organazed observataion at the votingstations, helped with agitation.
- Sebastian Krone:
- I monitored PPI technology, as I do every day.
- All patches are up-to-date.
- All systems are running smoothly.
- Our measures to prevent rejection messages are proving effective. No further emails from Gmail have been rejected.
- The Pirate Party Germany cannot identify any errors, but our mail server is still blocked there.
- We are currently fighting against fake email senders, especially to co-chairmen@pp-international. Hackers from China and the US are very active here. We can tighten the spam filter, but then emails from the UN, which are often blacklisted by anti-spam providers, will no longer get through.
One solution could be to query the co-chairmen@pp-international address directly via your own client, because there is a forwarding to board@@pp-international and this multiplies the emails with malware included.

- I try to make some postings according to the files in Germany, Cumex-Files, the jurisdiction will end at the end of this year. It is about 15 years that we have the problem with this. It is also an international problem, because of paying back taxes that have never been payed before. It is a tremendous amount, 64-66 billions worth.
The Switzerland Pirate Party gave in code for proving to the WC3, World Wide Web Consortium, it is not being taken over by the press, but we recognized it, and copied it. We made ourselves a press release for that. This is what I am trying to do at an international level.

5.1 - Proposals

"GAWinter?Working group...Bastian: We need a budget for this. If we hold a GA in November or December. We will also need money for TT5. It will be good to organize a few months later. Discussion of hosting it in Warsaw, Prague, or Berlin/Potsdam. Schoresch: Poland would be a great place politically, especially to support the Pirate Party of Poland. Let´s have a working group meeting Sept. 2nd at 20:00 UTC."
- The idea is that we take a preference for Warsaw, then Prague, then Potsdam. We will take the first consideration.

- It is very difficult to open a Bitcoin account for an association. I have now contacted four banks without success. But I'm not giving up.
- Groundhog demand: We donated about EUR 150 to the crowdfunding for the IGF 2025 in Oslo. Where is the money?

5.5 PPI HQ update
- The headquarters is up and running. We have amended our statutes to be recognized as a non-profit, tax-exempt association (hard work with the tax office).
