Here is a list of things we need to get done with PROPOSED responsible. Responsible means just that. Not that you are the doer but the one that makes sure it gets done.

1. Choose/recruit the meeting chair persons and secretaries - Gregory?

2. Balance the books and send to lay auditors - Gregory?

3. Moderate Discourse, Discord and everywhere else. We need to communicate with our members.

4. Reach out to everybody to write Reports for the GA.

5. Follow up with Your Countries as we are below quorum... - Everybody

6. Invite all individual members by email, one by one. - Keith?

7. Budget 2020 must be made

It's not about numbers its about the specific activity and goals for next year. That will form the basis for the budget. I suggest there be a little committee to finalize this very important work. The budget must then become an agenda item and will be subject to discussion and voting. As such it must be sent to delegates as soon as its done. Last year it was "done badly" actually after the first session. - Gregory

8. Invite ppl to Discourse by bulk uploading the delegates email addresses - Cedric? And thereafter each and everyone that signs up as a delegate. Keith?

10. Invite to Zoom (next week) by giving Ray the emails and invites will be sent manually one by one. (You try to send to several from Thunderbird you WILL get marked as spam in aprox half the cases and the recipient will not see it.) - Cedric and Ray?

11. Invite to Congressus, (dunno how really) Cedric?

12. Write a new blog post that has links to everything and a good description aka how to on everything from procedures to tech use. Among other things, it will contain the proposed agenda and information and links to member dues.

13. Write a series of tweets and FB posts that covers all of the above and spread over days. - Ray

14. Pirate beer invite. - Ray
