2) Newsletter project status (quick report by Josef) + answering of questions

    Status unchanged from last week - we are not ready to launch just yet.

    basically ready to go - further delay not wanted - a launch date and  promotion - suggested         launch date after the next meeting on  Thursday or Monday.  Monday 13th if Josef and Domi can get it up and  working. 

Articles should be spread over a time period. Start design - most people on the mailing list favoured "Origin" Gefion will take care of articles Everyone should have an author account - Daniel will take care of it We need to define what specific pages we need. About

        Gefion Flaschenpost experience . who will be treasurer? Can only  transfer to paypal     and moneybookers making getting funds to the  party difficult.
       Josef - funds can be transfered to PPI if not needed and he can take on the role of treasurer.
       Josef is now treasurer.
