3 - OPENING REMARKS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

3.1 - PP-Morocco support letter (proposed by Jerry)

The Pirate Party of Morocco is currently registering as an organization. They need support letters from PPI and other Pirate Parties. I will prepare the letter and submit to vote once it's ready.

4 - AGENDA

4.1 - Conference planning (proposed by Jerry)

Current plans are the following:

• 35€ participation fee (45€ for late registration)
• Voting will be done on paper to save time, no moderated discussion for amendments (all amendments available at least 1 week before + distributed during conference)
• Open Space Conference for PPI related and Pirate topics
• New members presentation on Saturday, board candidates presentations and speaker on Sunday
• Remote voting procedure still to be determined (definitely safer than last conference)

Open questions:

• Is the registration page ready?
• Summary provisional agenda ok? Can we communicate it like that? (see http://int.piratenpartei.de/PPI_Conference_2011#Timetable)
• How will remote delegates be able to participate?
• Is it confirmed that Piraten-Streaming will do the streaming?
• Who is going to speak on Sunday on what topic?
• Look for sponsons to fund conference?
• Check information on http://int.piratenpartei.de/PPI_Conference_2011

After these questions have been answered, participation fee and provisional agenda accepted we can sent out invitations.
