Dear Pirates,
We are pleased to announce that the 2022.1 PPI General Assembly will take place on the weekend of January 8th and 9th, and it will be entirely online on mumble.ppi.rocks.
The following positions within PPI will be elected at the GA:
1 Vice-Chairperson - 3 board members - 2 alternate board members - up to 6 members of the Court of Arbitration - 3 lay auditors
We also seek nominations for vice-secretaries and vice-treasurers, as well as proposals about locations for future GAs and Pirate events.
Affiliation fee invoices will be sent separately to each party. They should be paid prior to the GA. Please let us know if your party will have problems paying fees, and we will arrange for reductions or postponements if necessary.
As we get closer, there will be more announcements and important information being shared, so stay tuned and bear with us. Until then, do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns. We look forward to seeing all of you at the GA!

- 12:00: Reports–Board, Treasurer, CoA, Lay Auditors
- 12:30: Budget proposal
- 13:00: Lunch
- 14:00: Motions
- 16:00: End of day 1
Sunday, January 9th (UTC)
- 10:00: Assembly reopening/formalities
- 10:30: Elections of PPI officers (we will likely take a short break sometime during this)
- 13:00: Lunch
- 14:00: Keynote t.b.a.
- 14:30: Any other business/Open mic
- If there are any last minute motions to discuss, we can make time for those after Marcel’s talk. After that, the GA ends whenever we decide to end it. =)
