Reminders for teammeeting
Daniel reports the Google Calendar reminders are being sent. We should send an additional message some hours before the meeting starts. Flaschenpost sends a tweet - DM. Daniel will ask them how it is done.
Cooperation
Flaschenpost We have translated one of their articles and they have translated one of ours. There will be a standardised footer to these articles (Daniel).
We will set up a "Team" pic and explanation of what the Flaschenpost is etc. That will go under each FP article. Same for the Czech articles below.

News Team Andrew has access to the IMAP account and will start sending emails after the PPNDS elections are over. Gmail account generates securitiy alerts when the account is accessed from a non UK address. Gefion may need to specifically add team members to a list of authorized users.
Design/Website Domi will assist Josef in Trello again. This has not happened lately, as Trello is the unusual part of his toolchain. Domi would like to take charge of more design issues and applies for it. Patrick will be be asked for assistance. Archiving of PDF files of past news letters will be looked into. Where to host the files depends on size. Size is not a problem
Live Ticker Daniel will install the plugin and translate the instructions.
Facebook Andrew will look at adding more people to the FB team - Reminder from Josef that posts must be limited to one or two a day. An email will be sent to the team.
Publicly archiving of these minutes. Andrew suggests they should be in the wiki as the main meeting minutes are. Andrew will take care of it. Thought should be taken not to make this meeting an elite. Rename to "Administrative Meeting". This meeting restructuring will be written up by Josef and announced to the team.
