3.1 - 'Deadline for conference offers

The deadline for submitting offers is today - however, we have not made any statement about a specific closing time or timezone. So we will officially wait till the end of november 30th in all timezones.
So far two offers from two german teams have been submited.

4 - AGENDA

4.1 - Offer from Osnabruck, Germany

Kevin gives some details about the offer from Osnabrueck - the local pirates have experience in conference planning - at the very same venue the assembly of the pirate party of lower saxony was held in the spring.
Osnabrueck do not have an international airport, the closest international airports are Bremen and Hannover (Frankfurt is 3 hours away, Dusseldof is two hours away)
It is maybe possible to get additional rooms at the venue at no or little additional cost

4.2 - Offer from Fridrichshafen, Germany

The total sum is more expensive then the Osnabruck price

5 - REPORTS

5.1 - Anti-Terror Demonstrations (Christmas not Fear) (proposed by Gregory)

There are a series of anti terror demonstartions planned (including hordes of santa clauses holding transparents 'not behind every beard is a terrorist' - we will be ready to sent an anouncement out to other pirate parties tomorrow

5.3 - WIPO Aplication (proposed by Jakub)

the application is ready and can be sent out
