3 Short Reports

Thomas: Trouble with Twitter, again. Nothing else to report.
Bastian: Unfortunately not done very much, by overwork and election campaign.
Koen Thinktwice: visitor registration, FB publicity - PPI HQ: Statutes published - discussions with Brendan PPAU
Stathis: Working for the 3rd GA of PP-GR
Gregory: On vacation basically. Installed some updates on the server, but that's all.

4 Second ThinkTwice conference

Visitor registration is opened for a while now. See Webpage.
PayPal account opened
Interest free loans from Pirates in Norway, Akershus and YP Akershus for a total of :3100
total speaker expenses: +- 2100
  • btw: And the Treasurer will donate € 100,00 as a signal. :D
  • Discussions about total costs. We are awaiting a spreadsheet (calculation & balance).

5 Financial Situation

no changes - waiting for response (PP-DE)
  • TRIODOS - no progress Jerry is on vacation
  • Balance sheets for PPI HQ for the past years all 0-0
  • New Bank account:
Online banking in English (ING Belgium has an english online account)
