Round of presentations:
- Anders: In PPI: admin for the Google+ page and PPEU page. I'm an international coordinator and regional board member Vest-Agder, PP Norway. I do strategy and tactics.
- Alexis: I'm the president of the PP Switzerland. I'm a lawyer specialized in new technologies and live in Geneva.
3 - Press team
- Denis: Does anyone want to join the press team/mailing list?
- Anders: We have a team of posters on Facebook and Google+. The last few weeks I've tried to coordinate posts on Facebook and Google+, together with Jelena. That's what I'm focusing on. I've already talked to Gregory about that.
- Denis: Social media for sure are important too - your work is appreciated!
- Anders: The different networks/media must be served differently - we need responsibles for each network and a way to coordinate.
- Denis: Yep, but this is independant to the processes for the press team. I propose that all the social media responsibles inscribe to the mailing list so they get all the required information when there is a press release: http://lists.pp-international.net/listinfo/ppi.pressteam
- Anders: Good idea!
- Alexis: I will join the list, too.
Structure / processes
- Denis: I updated the processes. Some details need to be clarified.

4 - Press contacts
- Denis: We welcome any contribution to press contacts.
- Anders: We collected many addresses with the snowden thing so I could go through the list and give you the good ones.
- Denis: That would be great, thank you!
- Alexis: Did you already copy our addresses (PP Switzerland)?
- Denis: Sure, but not yet imported into the CRM. I will do that.
5 - Exchange
- Alexis: I think it is very important to focus on information which is related to pirate parties or comes from pirate parties. For example if there is an event and if one party is reacting on it, that's the news.
- Anders: We should focus on topics that have global/international interests.
- Denis: Actually this exchange of ideas could lead to projects several Pirate Parties do together which results in an international interest, too. This part of the meeting is a rather free exchange of ideas and discussion of current affairs.
- Anders: Also election results are interesting for others.
- Denis: We hold this meeting always on the 1st, 11th and 21st of each month. Hopefully more and more pirates will join and participate.
