PPI Standing Committees

As of 2020, four standing committees were established to help support inter-party cooperation among our members, whether it be through the sharing of best practices in each respective field, working on specific projects or planning events. Excuse the acronyms, we know they are a little bit confusing ;). This page should tell you everything there is to know about PPI's standing committees, in hopes that you might find them useful and perhaps would even like to join some of them. For all the current dates, please, do use our calendar , which can easily be added to yours.

SCENE (campaigning)

Standing Committee on External Networking Engagement

This committee specializes in campaigning, media and public relations and sharing of good practice in this field among our members.

SCUBA (United Nations)

Standing Committee on UN Bureaucratic Activities

This committee specializes in PPI's membership in the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) , all UN events as well as conferences we are organizing or invited to participate in.

Standing Committee on Universal Liaison on Party Labour (internal processes of member parties)

This committee specializes in the internal processes of various Pirate Parties around the world and exchange of best practice in this field.
