Venue in Warsaw is booked, contract signed.

catering or just cookies? (for catering real food - a 2 day deadline is given.

• Proposal: Go for a change of venue for the general assembly back to Warsaw as there is a secured place to meet. The time scale given in the invititation is taken into account as a frame for this location.
