3 - OPENING REMARKS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

3.1 - PP-Algeria (proposed by Gregory)

There is a new facebook page claiming to be from the Pirate Party of Algeria - I would suggest, Jerry would get in contact with them early:

3.2 - Pirate Party of Rhinland-Palatinate Event (proposed by Jerry)

Jerry as been contacted by PP-DE-RP and asked in help of promoting a Pirate Event over international channels. We can sent out invitations over PP-Leaders.

4 - AGENDA

4.1 - PPI Conference (proposed by Jerry)

Update and further planning concerning the conference.

Registered by now: 16 (in Facebook 50 confirmed, 118 maybe's)

Sponsons: packages ready, invitation and FAQ to do.

Message to sponsor PPs to ask if they want their logo on the website.

Reactivate the conf-tf subgroup on mypirates to have closer communication with the team.

Finance Status: deposit needed for Februar: 3.126€ (1166€ cancellation fee from Febr. 14th to 28th, after March 1st: 3.126€)

PP-RU has requested PayPal or other electronic payment systems: no update yet

PP-Morocco: Jerry will sent invitations so they can get visa

Catering: only possible with Klink (company of venue)

Hotel list: still work in progress, will be on Wiki page soon.

Technical equipment: Messehalle is able, but costs more. Try to get help from PP-Germany

No status form "Bundes IT" - Richard is in contact with them.
