No quorum not established with 3 of 7 board members present.

The postal vote has been held on the folowing proposal from Jakub:

"The Pirate Parties International accepts the gift of the domain http://www.svazky.org, which shall be administered by the preceding owner. This shall be guaranteed by the board member Jakub Michalek, who will by the Admin-C for the domain."

It passed with the 4 Yes votes from Jakub, Gregory, Jerry and Bogo.

4.1 - Pirate Image Database (proposed by Jerry)

We got an answer from http://www.pirate-images.net/ and the responsible person is interested in a cooperation with PPI. I want a vote that PPI officially supports this initiative and offers its help (f.ex. translation taskforce, promotion).

Vote has been postponed until after we received more information from the person working on PID.
