Point 4 social media facebook and twitter– proposed to allow all to post at the start and see how it develops discussion about the fact that bad posting could lead to bad publicity how often to post every 1 to 2 days is seen as the best so as not to overload the followers Important news can override normal content Identifying initials or alias or name It was decided a wiki-pad for queuing posts could be set up which the admins could choose to take content from Andrew volunteered for facebook admin Anouk volunteers Justus (not in meeting)– suggested by Joseph
