Task progress is being tracked in:
Redmine task #89: Extraordinary board meeting
Redmine task #87: full preliminary report (child)
Redmine task #86: transparent bank account (child)
Redmine task #5: Transfer of bank account to new board members
Redmine task #6: Creation of PPI HQ in Brussels
Extraordinary board meeting: Redmine task #89, due date 08/09/2011
Report by Marcel:
I made the Doodle, but not very many people answered it. Task closed.
Full preliminary report (child): Redmine task #87, due date 07/24/2011
From Redmine:
This report includes all initiation data such as for example the board ( raw ) transition data, and executive summaries of it.
Means of distribution: ALL; Social Media, Leaders list, P2P leader contact Push /and/ Pull methodology.
Report by Marcel:
I will set a deadline for comments on the text written by Samir - two weeks from now. Then the Full preliminary report will be sent.
Pat: Could you forward the text to me, I don't think I gave it a look
Marcel: That's why I suggested the two week period
Pat: Those two weeks are useless for me, I need it now
<Samir is setting the google-doc to private and adding board members' email addresses>
<He was successful>
Marcel: Tell me, how do you want to continue with the document
Pat: I will take a look at it and comment it until next week
Marcel: No problem with that...
Marcel suggests to wait until the next board meeting whether or not the board will decide to send the report in its contemporary state. In the latter case, Samir should be able to send the report on behalf of himself
Samir: The board will look ridiculously in the "latter" case.
Marcel: Well the board would be ridiculous in said case.
Samir: Then it would reflect the reality so everything would be okay.
Transparent bank account (child): Redmine task #86, due date 06/30/2011
Report by Pat:
<didnt catch it>
Samir: Do we have a bitcoin account yet
Pat: No
Samir: It takes five minutes to set up
Pat: I have no objections as long as I have access to it
Samir: I dont want to have access to the account, it's better that you'd do it
Pat: OK
Marcel: Bitcoin account cannot be transparent and that's a problem
Samir: Well some things are just not possible (e.g.: Breathing under water for five hours or a Transparent bitcoin account)
Marcel: We have to obey to the will of the GA
Samir: By law it's not a bank/bank account/currency - we dont have to obey anything
Pat: I'll take the responsibility and will have a look at the GA decision first; if I assume it to be problematic, I'd report it.
Samir: I can provide all the information you want, I am commercially involved with Bitcoin
Pat: Cool!
REDMINE: set due date to now + 1 month
Transfer of bank account to new board members: Redmine task #5, due date 05/24/2011
From Redmine:
Find Jerry's snail mail address and assert that he's not on holidays (so that the signed letter doesn't get sent back to Samir)
Report by Pat:
As stated in introductory report: Recieved bank documents during Swiss GA from Jerry + arranged for bank transfer so that we can fix it, when we'll (Samir+me) in Brussels again
Marcel: Samir, did you get the documents from Lola?
Samir: I did
Pat: Good, just keep them safe and take them to Brussels when we'll incorporate the PPI HQ, then we can fix it right then + there
Samir: Excellent
REDMINE: set due date to now + 1 month
Creation of PPI HQ in Brussels: Redmine task #6, due date 07/24/2011
From Redmine: Meeting with the notary took place during the stay in Brussels. Founders are Samir, Marcel, Pat, and Lola. The notary should send us draft documents until June 6. The whole process will take up to two months.
Report by Marcel:
The notary sent the incorporation documents to Pat. We had a look at it, at least I did. What's the next step?
Pat: I will ask about the english translation again. Before that we should decide anything final, so that all board members have the opportunity to comment.
Marcel: We dont need the official translation to change some parts. We already know about some parts, we want to change. There might be more parts to change once we have a complete translation, but until that time, we should work with what we have.
Pat: I will address all issues that I'm aware of up to then and report back.
Marcel: So you're going to call her? When?
Pat: I'd say tomorrow, because then it's a week as far as I understood, since the official translation has been promised.
Marcel: The board members should send comments if they have some additional comments.

From previous meeting: Samir: I have the proper contact data of Denmark now; let's just fix this just after the meeting, get back to me, so we don't postpone it. Some things already have been send, but i don't remember what exactly. ) Report by Samir: Contact the PPs of countries with non-opposing governments, due date 07/07/2011 From Redmine: It would be good to ask the PPs in EU member states that are not against the Directive to push for that country's government to oppose the Directive in the Council.
