- Gregory Engels:
- Keith Goldstein: I went to the PPEU Council Meeting. I raided the meeting somewhat, as I was supposed to be , preparing ocean statement, failed for biodeversity statement, we have to work with other parties towards representing our ideas in UN
- Bailey Lamon: Unfortunately I don't have anything to report as my work schedule has been insane. Sorry for not being present at the last couple of meetings. I think there is a Pirate Beer this weekend on Saturday.
- Alexander Isavnin:
- hold prepagatory meeting for IGF session. We had a meeting with Keith and Andrey about the working group we will hold.
- Sebastian Krone:
- Last meeting summary : I have monitored the PPI technology as I do every day.
- All patches are up to date. All systems are running smoothly.
- We may be able to move Discourse to the PPI server in the next few days.

5.5 PPI HQ update
- The PPI association has been registered and is able to act.
- We are currently setting up a bank account and have applied to the tax office for non-profit status.
- Motion:
- The association Pirate Parties International (PPI) e.V. functions as the new headquarters of Pirate Parties International in Geneva (Switzerland).
- The registered office of the association is Am Buerohochhaus 2-4, D-14478 Potsdam https://ppi.works/impressum/
- The headquarters in Brussels has been dissolved with immediate effect and the registration is to be deleted (the process is already underway).
- PPI e.V. is registered in the register of associations at Potsdam Local Court (Germany) under no. VR 9786 P, and an application for non-profit status has already been submitted to the relevant tax office.
- PPI e.V. is to set up an economic business operation that will undertake economic activities for PPI (Switzerland), e.g. setting up a store. This business operation is subject to tax.
- PPI e.V. is PPIHQ.
