| Motion | |
|---|---|
| |
| Please revise accordingly. | |
|
- Topic: AI and Fundamental Rights
- hybrid or not. preference for in person, with online audience and streaming, so the audience can be online but the speakers should be on location.
- fees for speakers, budget. We need to brainstorm how to get the money.
- some speakers can ask their institutions for funding. It would be great to have a crowdfunding on the PPEU website. Can we apply for something? Perhaps we can borrow a place. It may be
- Bastian - we need all of this, we need the committee to organize, etc. But we are already still burned from the TT conference in Istanbul - we need to be careful, we need someone in charge and we need to minimize financial risk and distribute responsibilities.
- We are all in agreement that the main topic is AI and Govenance.
- Draft call for papers: https://etherpad.pp-international.net/p/tt5-cfp-dy8l0s0
5.2 Winter GA 10.01.2025

- We have the following spreadsheet of elections: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dVei_OLF1XdWKIEJ4wGSxRz0611S6As8i4TRLooePQU/edit?usp=sharing
- Last election there were 4 board members for 2 years and 1 for 1 year. This means we should have an election of 3 board members for 2 years and vice chair.
