Pirate Parties in Europe should investigate the possibility of creating youth organisations, which can work together to raise pirate issues and educate youth about new cultural expressions, the internet, and bladibla. Time is * and running short: the best thing is if we could get an international collaboration of youth organisations by June, and a plan for the pan-European dialogues we'll want to create next year in January-June.
