"If you look at all the Issues and the Amendments, ask yourself, what does this - everything that happened at the conference - mean for me personally and for me as a pirate.
If possible, discuss this with other participants or a friend.
Then listen into yourself and reflect, what is it, that connects so deeply to me and my causes that I want to see that it becomes alive, that it is provided with a heart and life, that it may get wings to fly and soar into the sky, that it may get feet to walk to where the work is to be done and hands so that it can move and change something and thereby make a difference.
If you have found that, then make a project out of it, put it here and share it with others so that they can join forces with you.
Then you all think about the next steps that are necessary and agree on a first meeting. The contact person is not necessary the leader of the project, but he initiated it, sets the time and place for the first meeting and makes sure that all the people are invited and reminded of it. Everything else will be discussed then.

Project 13: Advocacy newsletter - "Changingpirateparties.net'
Basically the project would be an advocacy newsletter for international information between pirate parties. Containing news, election results and examples of pirate activities that could be used in other countries (e.g. in Sweden they do something called culture-bombing =collecting old books/cd's, throwing a sticker on the back with some info on PP and handing out to people)
So far something that has been lacking between countries is the communication between pirate parties. We're mostly working on global issues but most of information between our international parties still go through informal channels. Nothing wrong with having personal connections but would be good structuring it up a bit and allowing other interested parts to partake of what is happening. Creating a newsletter would allow an overview as well as an ability to help each other by giving examples of campaigns, organizations etc.

- I'm a PR/Marketing student back in Sweden and this project of creating the advocacy newsletter would be part of my course. This means I have two months of full-time work to coordinate and organize it. Starting in April I will dedicate one day each week for working on this, in May I will be working full-time with only this project and I would have some of June for it as well.
- A feedback group for the newsletter has also been created with pirates from 10+ countries helping with feedback in the direction of the newsletter
