3 - OPENING REMARKS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
3.1 - PP-Morocco support letter (proposed by Jerry)
- The Pirate Party of Morocco is currently registering as an organization. They need support letters from PPI and other Pirate Parties. I will prepare the letter and submit to vote once it's ready.

3.2 - Contact with PP-Ukraine (proposed by Gregory)
- People are trying to register atm.
4 - AGENDA
4.1 - Conference planning (proposed by Jerry)
- Current plans are the following:
- 35€ participation fee for first 4 weeks (50€ for late registration)
- Voting will be done on paper to save time, no "moderated" discussion for amendments (all amendments available at least 1 week before + distributed during conference)
- Open Space Conference for PPI related and Pirate topics
- New members presentation on Saturday, board candidates presentations and speaker on Sunday
- Remote voting procedure still to be determined (definitely safer than last conference)
- Current plans are the following:
- Open questions:
- Is the registration page ready? Nearly. Database ready, subdomain will be set up, text has still to be changed.
- Participation fee: what is the deadline for late registration? 4 weeks. Directly paid to PP-Friedrichshafen.
- Summary provisional agenda ok? Can we communicate it like that? (see http://int.piratenpartei.de/PPI_Conference_2011#Timetable )
- How will remote delegates be able to participate? SStill to be determined.
- Is it confirmed that Piraten-Streaming will do the streaming? Very probably.
- Who is going to speak on Sunday on what topic? Still open.
- Look for sponsons to fund conference? Gregory will work out a proposal for next meeting.
